Welcome to the Resources Page. This is a compilation of the documents and resources most used in our group. Please note, most of the links below are .PDF files, require that you have Adobe Reader on your PC to view. Some are .DOC files which can be opened with Microsoft Word. Also, note that all of the minor associated documents (i.e., Minor Waivers, Medical Authorization for Minors) must be notorized to be valid for SCA use.
