Volunteers will NOT be turned away!

Needed:

Several teens to be runners for the autocrat - at least two to run lunches to the staff at lunch time

Troll personnel - all Trolls and Trollops gladly accepted

Gentles with strong back to help move tables and benches to and from various locations

Kitchen help is rarely turned away.

Equestrian
Help needed to set up, take down, and run the games. Best view of the field is on it! Adults and children (10 or older with legal guardian) are welcome.

Those wanting to help inside the arena during actual competition (handing weapons to riders, holding the quintain counterweight) must be 15 yrs or older and take a horse safety class (offered Friday for those interested).

Help outside the arena and between runs (resetting rings, reloading jousting lances, equipment change-outs, score keeper) also needed.

Those interested in helping to care for the horses (grooming, feeding, tacking, etc.) are welcome and appreciated.

Times needed: Friday after 1:00PM
Saturday 8:00AM to 4:00PM
