SITE RULES AND REGULATIONS

1. Vehicle parking:
a. All vehicles will observe a 10 MPH speed limit.
b. Short term parking for registration/check-in and unloading/loading is allowed.
c. Vehicles shall be moved to the designated long-term parking areas within 1 hour of arrival.

2. Area-specific restrictions:
a. Wooded areas have sinkholes and hidden pits. Visitors shall take due precautions to avoid walking through these areas, particularly at night. It is the Visitor’s responsibility to provide and use adequate light sources.
b. Areas of farm crop cultivation and apiary area are off limits to trespass.
c. Beehives shall not be disturbed or damaged. Tenant shall be responsible for making each guest aware
of the location of the hives and issue warning of potential harm in disturbing the hives.
d. All Deer Stands are to be considered off limits to everyone at all times.

3. Fire and flame:
a. Open fires are allowed in campsite areas in designated fire circles.
b. Deadfall wood may be gathered for use as firewood.
c. Trees designated for removal by Owner may be cut for firewood with the Owner’s approval.
d. Tents shall not have any open flame inside for any purpose whatsoever.

4. Camping:
a. Each camp is required to have a fire extinguishing device.
b. Designated quiet camping areas shall have a quiet period from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM. Drumming and other noise producing activities shall be restricted to designated areas.
c. Pits, ditches and other excavations in camping areas shall be filled in before leaving.
d. Visitors shall not leave any garbage/trash/refuse when departing from their camp sites.

5. Smoking: a. Smoking in wooded areas can be a serious fire hazard. Visitors are required to use extreme caution in these areas.
b. Smoking indoors or around children is prohibited.
c. Cigarette and cigar waste shall be disposed of in the designated receptacles provided.

6. Renting Group’s Responsibilities:
a. Renting group will be responsible for cleanup of all areas used during that group’s activities.
b. Each group will be expected to pay for equipment, facilities or grounds which are defaced or damaged. The Owner and/or Centre reserve the right to prosecute individuals or groups for acts of vandalism or other destruction of property, facilities, or grounds.
c. Each group will be responsible for providing any first aid or other assistance required by visitors to the Centre who are participating in that group’s activities.

7. General: a. Use of illegal controlled substances on Premises is prohibited, and grounds for both immediate ejection and notification of the proper authorities.
b. Visitors are required to abide by all applicable laws and regulations.
c. Alcoholic beverages are restricted to legal adults, as required by law.
d. Gambling for money or trade on Premises is prohibited.
e. Hunting of wildlife is prohibited.
f. Discharge of firearms of any kind on Premises is prohibited.
