Salaam and greetings! Please join us for Middle Eastern activities at South of the Border Raids 2005.

Herava Salon
1:00 – 4:00PM – Herava Pavilion

Join House Herava in the shade for a cool beverage; recline on cushions and carpets and enjoy amiable company; adorn yourself with henna*; and for the adventurous, we’ll have samples of paan to try. You can also sign up to perform at the Expo.
*Limited supplies will be available on a first-come, first-serve basis

Middle Eastern Expo and Hafla
9:00PM – Circle of Kings

Come shake, shimmy, and shine – Strut your stuff at a performance Expo at 9:00PM. Groups or individual performers – dance, music, or storytelling – are welcome! A CD player will be provided. Afterwards, there will be open dancing and drumming for everyone!
